Black women are beautiful and black men are goddamn irresistible but the way we set up our own black communities its like we are too absorbed into what people have. Like how do you teach a woman that a brothers car, job, and wallet are less important than his integrity, direction, values, character and family? And how do we teach brothers to cherish our women for they’re strong mentality, respect them for their own values and their character,? or simply how to cherish our exotic bodies without trying to exploit them, or to appreciate our natural hair without making them feel any less than a women bc they dont have silky hair down their back or about their style without throwing out names like Hoe, Thot etc…We have a long ways to go. The problem is brothers and sisters have so many negative things to say about one another , if we could just find common ground and teach ourselves as well as our youth and children to love one another we would have some kind of foundation to build on
The Goal is to have unity

my wish for you is that you continue. continue to be who and how you are, to astonish a mean world with your acts of kindness. continue to allow humor to lighten the burden of your tender heart.
